One address handles everything — corrections, questions, fee changes and media. We read every message and we genuinely want to hear when something on the site has gone stale.
Email us
We aim to reply to genuine enquiries within a few business days. We are a small editorial operation, not a support desk.
Send an emailWe cannot help with account problems, withdrawals, lost passwords or recovering funds on any third-party platform. Contact that platform directly.
What to email us about
Corrections and updates. The most useful messages we get. If a fee has changed, a Bitcoin ATM has disappeared from a Brisbane venue, a bank has adjusted its crypto limits, or a platform's registration status has moved, please tell us. Include a link or a screenshot if you have one and we will verify and update.
Something we got wrong. We publish a lot of numbers and some of them will age badly. We would much rather hear about it than leave it up.
Questions about a guide. If something on the site is unclear, tell us — the confusion is usually our writing rather than your reading, and it tells us what to fix.
Media and research enquiries. Happy to talk about the Brisbane and Queensland market, ATM geography, or how the 2026 regulatory changes affect local users.
Platform representatives. If we have described your business inaccurately, send the correction with a source. We amend factual errors quickly. We do not remove accurate criticism, and we do not accept payment for placement or for changing a ranking.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher with no connection to any exchange's operations, so there are several things we simply have no ability to do. We cannot access, unlock, verify or troubleshoot an account on any platform. We cannot recover lost crypto, reverse a transaction, or retrieve a forgotten password or seed phrase — nobody can, and anyone who says they can is running a recovery scam. We cannot tell you what to invest in, how much, or whether crypto suits your circumstances; that requires an Australian Financial Services licensee. And we cannot prepare or lodge a tax return.
If you have lost money to a scam
Please do not email us first — the sequence below matters far more, and the first step is time-critical.
- Your bank, immediately. They may be able to stop or trace funds still in the banking system.
- IDCARE on 1800 595 160 if you shared identity documents or credentials.
- ReportCyber to route a report to the right police jurisdiction.
- Scamwatch for the national dataset.
- Queensland Policelink on 131 444 for non-urgent matters, or 000 if something is in progress.
Our Queensland scam guide has the full first-hour checklist and a warning about the fake recovery services that follow.
Privacy
When you email us we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and nothing else — we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it. Please do not send us account credentials, seed phrases, recovery words, or copies of identity documents. There is no reason for us to have any of those and we do not want them. See our privacy policy.
Where we are
We cover Brisbane, Queensland and the wider Australian market. We do not operate a public office or a walk-in service, and we do not arrange, broker or settle any crypto transaction — if someone contacts you claiming to trade on our behalf, they are not us.
